FUNDRAISING
STRATEGY & SUPPORT

Together, we’ll assess what’s working, set priorities, and build a fundraising approach your team can carry out. I can help develop individual and institutional giving strategies, strengthen donor stewardship, and track progress so the plan stays useful as circumstances change.

When you need another set of hands, I also support grant proposals and reporting, appeals, sponsorships, and fundraising events.

For a small or growing nonprofit, a strategic plan has to work with the people and resources you actually have. I guide staff and board members through a practical process: listening to different perspectives, taking an honest look at your organization’s strengths and challenges, and identifying the choices that matter most.

Together, we turn those choices into clear priorities, achievable actions, and ways to tell whether you’re making progress. I stay close to the details because that’s where a plan becomes useful—when your team knows what comes next, who will lead it, and how to adjust along the way.

SUPPORT

Fundraising and planning work best when leaders share a clear understanding of their roles. I help executive directors and boards work through expectations, strengthen board engagement, and approach consequential decisions with more confidence. Support can include facilitated conversations, board training, governance assessment, and one-on-one coaching.
